HOW TO ENTER
Participants can pick up entries at the Winners Circle Desk between 3 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. on Thursdays and must drop entries in the raffle drum located in the promotional area, next to the Winners Circle. Deadline for all entries to be in the drum is 9:30 p.m.
HOW TO EARN ENTRIES
Players earn points the Thursday through Wednesday prior to each Thursday promo night (Ex: Thursday, August. 2 - Wednesday, August. 8 for the promotion on August. 9). The first entry is received by earning 10 points. Additional entries are earned for every 50 points. There is a maximum of 30 entries.
WINNER SELECTION
Every 20 minutes from 6 -10 p.m., Oaklawn will call two names from the raffle drum and those players will choose one of two items from the promotions area. Inside one of the items will be a prize amout for $50 and the other containing a winning ticket. The player with the winning ticket will chose one of 12 comic book words (Pow!, Bam!, Bang!, etc.) from the board in the promotions area to reveal a cash amount. At 10 p.m. there will be a final drawing for $1,000 and a cape to wear as Superhero of the night. Once a name is called a player will have three (3) minutes to reach the promotions area. If they do not arrive in the allotted time, a name will be called until a winner is found. This includes the final prize drawing.

MISCELLANEOUS
Winners understand and agree that they are responsible for any and all taxes incurred on prizes received. In
the event that a winner chooses not to accept a prize, he or she forfeits all claim to that prize. Oaklawn then has
the right, at its discretion, to award that prize to another entrant. No prize substitution by the winner is permitted.
No purchase necessary. By participation, entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules. Entries not
in compliance with these Official Rules shall be null and void. Oaklawn Racing and Gaming may request and/
or require winners to complete and return a Liability Release and a Publicity Release as a condition of accepting
any prize package. By participating in this promotion, participants are giving consent for their image to be
recorded for use in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised. Oaklawn personnel, whose
decisions are final, administer contest and prize drawings.
