Position: Part Time Gaming Bartender
Department: Gaming Food & Beverage
Must be at least 21 years of age
Job Description:
Greet every guest with a smile. Prepare mixed drinks and other alcoholic beverages according to established recipes consistently with the standards set forth by the Food and Beverage Department. Maintain bar area in neat and clean condition at all times. Perform other cleaning duties as assigned by supervisor. Serve as ambassador for OJC, maintaining the highest standard in guest service, courtesy, and safety.
Qualifications:
- Ability to resolve problems/conflict in a diplomatic and tactful manner
- Superior guest service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment
- Ability to work a variety of shifts including evenings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in a smoking environment and to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English
- Ability to obtain and maintain ARC and EGS licensing
- HS diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1 (One) year Bartending Experience
- Cognizant of responsible service of alcohol policies and be able to assist in enforcing established cut-off procedures.
Starting pay: $8.00 + tips
