HOW TO QUALIFY
Any patron playing with their Winners Circle card in an active machine is qualified to play Plinko.
HOW WINNERS ARE CHOSEN
During the contest dates, drawings will be held at random times during the day.
Contest will be held on Sunday, Monday, Friday and Saturday. A game room employee, under Surveillance review, will draw a bank of machines. The eligible players actively playing at the machine, with card inserted, will draw from the deck of cards. The patron with the highest card will be chosen to play Plinko.
HOW TO PLAY
The player chosen will be given the option to play the game or the player may take a Plinko Coupon good for the remainder of the night. Coupon may only be used on the night of promtion. Coupons may be taken to the winner’s circle for play.At time of play, the player will drop a ball into the Plinko board. The player will win the amount shown where the ball lands($10 - $100).
MISCELLANEOUS
Winners understand and agree that they are responsible for any and all taxes incurred on prizes received. In the event that a winner chooses not to accept a prize, he or she forfeits all claim to that prize. Oaklawn then has the right, at its discretion, to award that prize to another entrant. No prize substitution by the winner is permitted. No purchase necessary. By participation, entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules. Entries not in compliance with these Official Rules shall be null and void. Oaklawn Racing and Gaming may request and/or require winners to complete and return a Liability Release
