Position: Part Time Winner Circle Associate
Department: Gaming
Must be at least 21 years of age
Job Description:
- Greet every guest with a smile and assist with Winner’s Circle sign up procedures
- Answer questions about on going and future promotions
- Maintain all relevant reports and documentation
- Performs redemption and promotional functions as assigned
- Serve as ambassador for OJC, maintaining the highest quality standards in Guest service, courtesy and safety
Qualifications:
- GED or High School diploma
- Ability to accurately read, write and communicate in English
- Ability to work flexible shifts to include nights, weekend and holidays
- Ability to work in a smoky environment and stand or walk for long periods of time
- Superior guest service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain ARC and EGS licensing
- Must have basic computer knowledge
Starting pay: $ 8.15 an hour
