Hall’s Family Trust’s Texas Bling, most recently fourth in the Rebel Stakes (G2), continued down the path toward his ultimate goal of the Arkansas Derby (G1) April 13 with a five furlong workout in 1:01 3/5 Wednesday over a fast track. Trainer John Terranova is gathering the owners of Sam Davis Stakes-winner Falling Sky in Louisville, Kentucky, this weekend to make a final decision on whether to run next in the $1 million Arkansas Derby (G1) at Oaklawn April 13 or the $750,000 Blue Grass Stakes (G1) at Keeneland the same day. Regardless of that call, Terranova is planning his first-ever trip to Hot Springs to saddle Manuka Honey in Wednesday’s $400,000 Fantasy Stakes (G3) for 3-year-old fillies. Read More
