The Track Kitchen is now fully accessible to the public and we invite you to come be among the first to try the new breakfast and lunch menu. Jana Ford Digby is back as Track Kitchen Manager for the 2018 live racing season and will be serving up many of her family’s famous recipes from their popular restaurant, Ed’s Place.
Digby’s family owned and operated Ed’s Place for more than 30 years and among the recipes she will be offering is her great-grandmother’s Southern pan fried chicken. Other mainstays on the menu will be cook-to-order breakfasts, which include country potatoes or grits, country ham biscuits, biscuits and gravy, and daily lunch specials such as meatloaf and BBQ brisket.
