Someone once figured it up that David had developed 53 stakes winners that accounted for 153 states victories.
Forster, 33, grew up in Langley, British Columbia and once worked in the media relations department at Emerald Downs, Auburn, WA.He is a graduate of the school of race track management at the University of Arizona. Grant remembers sending out Regula for the 2005 Fantasy Stakes, where she finished second to the talented Round Pond. She has since been retired as a broodmare prospect.
